Nikki is the driving force behind the team at My Property Lawyer. Blood, sweat and, sometimes, tears brought the business to life.
Working her way up through the ranks, from office junior to branch manager, at law firms across the city over the past 20 years, has gained her a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Moving away from high volume conveyancing and shifting the focus to customer service but still guaranteeing all legal aspects of conveyancing are met. She is never more than a phone call away and offers her clients hand-held guidance to home moving. Her clients have described her as “going the extra mile.”
Nikki is a mum of two boys and spends most of her free time at football and rugby games, she enjoys travelling anywhere warm, watching police dramas, the odd Aperol Spritz and will never say no to a cup of Yorkshire tea.
Sarah has got years of experience and is second in command. She is the powerhouse behind completions. Her desire for the joy we get when a client moves is what drives her. As soon as there is a moving date in sight, she will push cases through to the end never taking no for an answer. She is a loyal friend and valued colleague and has followed Nikki from previous firms, they have worked together for many years. A bit of a dream team.
Sarah is a football mum, which takes up most of her weekends. In her spare time, she enjoys posting on social media, watching true crime documentaries, occasional day-time clubbing and is never short of a savoury snack.
Ebonie joined the team in Summer 2025, straight from school she was keen to get stuck into work. Her focus is for customer service, assisting with file creation and initial onboarding, taking calls and providing updates and, most importantly, keeping everyone from going thirsty. Ebonie is inquisitive and is building the skills she needs for a successful career.
In her spare time, she enjoys the gym, spending time with friends and family, shopping and supporting her local rugby team Hull Kingston Rovers.
